WHAT IS DIGITIZATION ?

Digitization is the process of providing cable television signals in digital mode with the use of Set Top Box. This requires television signals to be sent through a digital Set Top Box (STB) to the television set, which enhances the overall TV viewing experience of consumer.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DIGITIZATION ?

The consumer will be benefitted most by installing STB with their television set; it will enhance the overall TV viewing experience. Most importantly it will improve the quality of picture & sound, more nos. of channels for viewing, uninterrupted TV signals even during bad weather, Electronic Programming Guide, favorite channels list, block unwanted channels, Value Added Service ( VAS) and many more features at the click of remote.

HOW DO I GET A STB ?

A subscriber needs to contact Cable Operator and fill the application in format prescribed by Multi system Operator (MSO). Subscriber can get STB on a Rental, Hire purchase, operating lease, outright purchase scheme or any other prevalent scheme offered by the service provider.

STB INSTALLATION NEED EXTRA CABLING ?

No. The STB would work on your existing cable connection and turn your TV to a new entertainment experience. STB also acts as a channel expander and you can view more than 500+ channels even in your old model TV set. Also you can view the full HD clear picture in your STB.

I NEED DIFFERENT STB FOR DIFFERENT TV SETS ?

Yes, you need to have separate STB for every TV set. If the Subscriber has three TV sets then three separate STBs will be required and all will be priced individually. Based on your package we will charge you also some benifiets avilable for multiple connection in single house.

CAN I UPGRADE MY STB ?

Yes, You can upgrade your current set top box by either getting in touch with our helpline or by visiting your office directly. Need to handover your STB to our cable operator and get the latest model STb also Please mention your subscriber ID while asking for an upgrade & additional amount will be charged based on your required model.

HOW CAN I RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT ?

For recharge you account you need two options, first you need to contact your local area cable operator or you need to vist our website and go to Recharge page topup your account by internet banking like (Credit Cards / Debit Cards or Net Banking Account). Or if any problem while recharge plz contact your helpline.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD ?

Normaly we giving 12 month for set top box and 6 month for STB accessories incase any problem like software update we will do this for free or some minor problem after 1 year we will fix also additional cost get from you based on the components changed.
